Replies, handled. Routine thank-yous use templates you approve in advance. Anything tougher comes to you first.
A profile that looks alive. A weekly post, plus hours and holiday changes you confirm.
You stay in control. We join as a Manager on your Google profile, never with your password, and you can remove us any time in Google.

Email us about what you need.
Give us Manager access
You invite us from your profile's "People and access" page. We set up reply templates with you.
We handle the weekly work
You approve what matters; you get a one-page report each month.

We'll publish the price before the service launches. Google Business Profile is free; our fee pays for our management service.

Delays can happen if approvals are missing or Google is still reviewing a reply.

Questions

Common questions

Do you write fake reviews or pay for reviews?

No. Google prohibits it and so do we. We only reply to real reviews.

Will you only ask my happy customers for reviews?

Review-request campaigns aren't part of this service. If we ever add them, we won't pick who to ask by how happy they are. Google doesn't allow that.

Do I have to share my Google password?

No. You add us as a Manager from your own account and can remove us anytime.

Will you post anything without asking me?

Routine 4–5 star thank-yous use wording you approved in advance. Replies to 1–3 star reviews and every weekly post wait for your written OK. Any reply involving a complaint or sensitive information, regardless of star rating, also requires your written approval.

What if my profile isn't verified yet?

Google only lets businesses reply once verified. Our reply service starts after that.

How do I end the service?

Contract and cancellation terms will be provided before you agree to paid service. You can remove our Google access at any time. We will remove our access within 7 business days of your notice, regardless of any billing dispute.
