Blaiks Systems (BLAIK AI LLC) is an independent company. We are not Google and are not endorsed by Google. When we help manage a Google Business Profile, we are a "third party" under Google's rules.

How we work with your profile
- Google Business Profile is free. Our fee pays for our management service. Before managing your profile, we will confirm in writing that Google Business Profile is free and disclose our management fee, and the fee is shown on every invoice.
- You get this notice. We will email you this notice at onboarding and each renewal.
- You keep ownership. Your business keeps ownership of its profile at all times, and you choose our role. We join as a Manager, never with your password.
- You hear about changes. We tell you about the changes and edits we make to your profile.
- You can remove us. You can remove our access in Google at any time. When the service ends, we remove our own access within 7 business days of your notice, regardless of any billing dispute.
