1. Who we are and what these terms cover

BLAIK AI LLC, doing business as Blaiks Systems ("we", "us"), builds tools for small service businesses, including missed-call recovery and Google review response and Business Profile management.

These terms cover your use of the blaiks.ai website. Business clients are covered by their signed service agreement; a signed service agreement always wins over these terms.

2. Calls and texts

Our text program has its own terms and consent rules: see our SMS terms and SMS consent pages. A missed call or a voicemail does not sign you up for texts. Our privacy policy explains how we handle your information.

This is not an emergency service. For an emergency, call 911 or the utility.

3. Using our website

You may browse blaiks.ai for personal or business information. Please don't attack, overload or probe the site, scrape it in bulk, use it to send spam, or pretend to be us. We may block access that does.

4. Google Business Profile

Google Business Profile is a free service from Google. Businesses that hire us to manage their profile pay only for our management service. We don't work for Google, and nobody can promise a Google ranking. See Working with a third party.

5. Content and ownership

The website's text, design and our software belong to us. Businesses keep ownership of their own content, profiles and data. If you send us feedback, we may use it without owing you anything.

6. Accuracy and availability

We work to keep the site accurate and running, but carriers, Google and our cloud providers can delay, filter or block messages and posts, and services can go down. Information on this site is general and isn't legal, tax or financial advice.

7. Limits

To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses from using this website. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under law that can't be limited, including New Jersey consumer-protection rights.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. The "last updated" date above changes when we do. A signed client agreement is changed only in writing.

9. Law and contact

New Jersey law governs these terms, without overriding consumer protections you have where you live.
